THE GOLDMINE OF LIGHT

As I said last week, after a full year of working very intensely on the Peace Angels project, wandering around in the dark, finding too many ideas, and really wondering how to bring an awakening to Angel Beings on the Earth, I feel that I have more clues to the puzzle. And the birth is imminent.

As I have mined for gold during this past twelve months, talking to many people who are interested in the Peace Angels project, I have been struck by how many of the beautiful souls that I am working with have had extremely difficult lives.  And listening to their stories over the last twelve months has really brought me to a place of great humility, reverence and sheer admiration for what many have endured in their lives to date.

As The Peace Angels come together in beautiful white gowns filled with lights, spreading love peace and grace wherever they travel, one would not suspect that one of these women's son had been murdered. Or that another had lost her babies.
Nor that many had battled addiction of the worst kinds and that some had brought up many babies on their own with little support or money.

Within The Peace Angels company there are many who have suffered everything that is not Peace.  In fact, the last thing you would describe their lives to be was peaceful.

And yet, somehow within each of these people there has been a real yearning to find a way to be peaceful.  To find a way to travel through the valley of death, misery and blackness, in search of the other way.  Each of the people that I am working with has, in their own way, battled their own demons, and many others' demons as well, to courageously step forward in their quest for Peace.

This is why they are an extraordinary group of people. Not because of what has happened to them, but because of the way they have dealt with what has come to them.

Each time I work with them now in rehearsal (we are planning a flash mob performance at the moment for Sydney city, shhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!), I am overwhelmed with the beauty honor and grace they have.  None of us have completely overcome the demons, many of us are still working through grief pain, loss and bitterness.  However, there is such a commitment to finding a way through that its a great honour to work with them.

So please don't be fooled by the beautiful costumes.  They have well and truly earned their dresses and their wings.

I have learned that there are many pathways to peace. Many different modalities, faiths, and ways of bringing peace into a life. Some more successful than others.  I observe that unless we are 100% responsible for making new choices (healing the wounds and letting go of the hate, fear, anger and resentment), it cannot and does not happen. For whilst we hang on to the stories of the past, with the grief and the pain, we are ruled by it.

In the decision to heal, comes the decision to begin the process of letting go of the emotions that have been so raw and tumultuous and ruled our every waking moment. But ultimately there can be no peace whilst we hang on, determined to be right, or wronged, or abandoned.

The healing comes with an acknowledgement of the feelings, and then a decision to put them aside, and find a pathway out of the hole.

Some are not able to leave the hole, and these souls need compassion for they will exist in a living hell.

But for the ones that make the decision, that pro-actively climb the steep slope out of the hole, determined to find a better way, a way of joy, happiness and peace, knowing that they deserve every ounce of it,  the heavens rejoice for their courage and their tenacity in believing in themselves enough to lift.

Many of The Peace Angels are these people. They are courageous and tenacious believing that Peace is possible. 

No it is not easy.  there is no perfect recipe, or way of achieving this.  I have a faith through Shanti Mission, and I have a Guru, Shakti Durga.  She has led me on an extraordinary journey to Peace. For this I will be eternally grateful!!!

You may have a different way. Equally valid and practical for you in finding how to be love on legs and peaceful in your home, work and family relationships.

Tonight however, I honor The Peace Angels for playing their part in lifting humanity by beginning with themselves. For beginning with the inner, healing their hearts and their minds and now passing on that peace to others through their work with The Peace Angels Transformational Company.

As they rise out of the hole, many will rise with them: are you one of them?

THE GESTATION PERIOD

Just as all flowers, animals, and human beings have a gestation period, whilst the very foundations of the structure are made, constructed and brought to full fruition, so the idea, project, or new venture also needs to find its strong and magnificent foundations.  To allow itself to develop and grow.

Being quite an impatient person in my younger years, I am now surprised to find that I am happy at times to allow things to unfold or to emerge as a very good friend of mine would say. 

The building blocks of the good idea can be different for each idea, however I believe that they have a strong resemblance each time, and although the idea or situation or statistics and padding around it may vary in the detail, the foundational work of bringing an idea to fruition requires an equation.

The equation is p + c + l + r + d = S   which is passion + commitment + love + resolve + detachment from outcome = SUCCESS.  So is this Success or is this Spirit? Soul. You in your highest form. I would suggest that Spirit fuels the idea, spirit elevates the idea and spirit or soul allows the idea to fly and be born.   What do you think?

I am very interested in what it takes to bring a new idea into the world, to birth it here as a reality.

Not just as an idea, but a living breathing thing that is anchored on the Earth and can be seen palpably by everyone.  What a glorious thought.  What a miracle of creation!! That a human being can have an idea. An abstract thought; a thought whereby the human being can see the potential, the picture, the application (perhaps, but not always necessary), and then has the tenacity, skill, dedication, resolve and passion to find a way of making it REAL. To create and usher it into manifest form.

Wow! that is so cool. It sounds so easy doesn't it?  And many people for many centuries have done this, but nevertheless its still a miracle.

Like the conception and foundational work and building and growing and maturing that happens in the creation of a human being, a baby.   That is always WOW!!! That is always a miracle, for all concerned.  Doctors and nurses who have delivered thousands of babies are often reported as saying that bringing a new life, a new spirit or soul into the world is a true and real miracle, and that it never ceases to amaze them how affected and moved they are by this miracle of life.

I would propose that a new idea, your idea, with all of its spirit, love, skill, devotion and commitment is also a miracle!

And so it is most important that any idea that you have, you treat with the reverence and love that you would believe the pregnant woman requires in firstly building and then giving birth to her baby.  This nurturing and love, responsibility and concern can be applied to the creation of a miracle on Earth. Namely your idea, project or vision.

And the secret ingredient that is present in all creations, is that it may not look exactly like you thought it would look when you first started.  Just as the baby when born can look like a distant relative, not one that you would have wished on anyone perhaps, so too can our ideas manifest in a way that surprises even us,  but then delights and fills our hearts with joy.

This is where the detachment comes in.  Often the idea is improved and enhanced with the letting go of what you thought it was going to be exactly.  Often it grows and expands into a bigger version of itself when you can let go and allow it to flower.

But when it is too tightly held, constricted and contained, it can become stymied before it even begins to fly.

What has your evidence around this been?

I have spent this year allowing the visions and expansion of the Peace Angels to occur. It began with my very strong vision of exactly how it SHOULD look and what it SHOULD do.

And so now over the last twelve months I have come to see the vast potential for this Angel project unfold before my very eyes!!!  A gentle allowing of what it really is. With nothing to do with should or shouldn't. A miracle is occurring for all of the 144millionpeaceangels on the Earth.

You will have to wait to hear it, because I am exhausted and I'm going to bed, but its imminent dear friends.

Have a think though about your own projects. Do you treat them with the reverence and faith, and the sense of miracle that is required for a beautiful baby.  I wonder!!

Lets begin to do this . . . .

EVERYTHING COMES WHEN YOU HAVE FAITH

Sometimes all of us feel that its really just too hard and nothing that we really want, nothing that would make us sing and dance for joy will ever happen for us.

All of us experience times like this.  Usually when we have a picture in our head of how we want it to happen, and our lives do not resemble the picture. At this time there is a great disconnect between how our ego wants to see our lives working and how the divine plan is unfolding for us.

Yes sometimes what we are visioning is really cool, and yes it could even be part of our divine plan.
However it may be that we are too attached to the outcome, too attached to it happening, without any belief that the Divine will ultimately look after us if we let go and let God.

Easier said than done, I know you are saying.  Yes it is easier said than done. But truly when you can really vision with passion and love, (holding your dearest wish in your heart) and then knowing that you will survive and thrive if it does not happen.  This is called not being attached.

I remember many years ago really wanting a job.  It wasn't just any job. It was the job that I dreamed about, visioned and really knew it was my destiny.  sounds like a big rap doesn't it.  Well it was that big deal for me.

After applying I was granted an interview.  And then for two days before the interview I had a massive migraine.  The worst headache of my life.  The night before the interview I went to see a healer friend of mine to get some help.  I explained to her how I was feeling, probably cried  a bit, I was in agony, and all she said to me was, "You have to let the job go".  I nearly swore. Didn't she understand that this was my job, I was born to do this job, it was waiting there for me, my perfect job.  I expressed all of this, and she looked away and then back at me and again said, "So let it go.  That's the only way that the band of steel that is around your head will be released and you will have any chance of getting the job."

I was now really mad. I had no idea what she was talking about. No clue. She suggested that I take a trip to the beach.  I was flabbergasted.  What did she mean take a trip to the beach.  I had a headache, and what was I going to do at the beach.

Anyway when my husband arrived to pick me up with my daughter Isabella, (who was three at the time), he thought a trip to the beach would be a good diversion, and help me to calm down.  I was still very mad.  So we drove to Palm Beach on Sydney's northern beaches.  The furthest beach in fact.

When we arrived both Rob and Isabella went to the shop to get some afternoon tea and I wandered down to the sand and sat down staring out to sea.  I stared and stared at the ocean and then the sky. Then back to the ocean, up at the sky.  All the time cursing under my breath and really trying to understand what in hell this "letting go thing was about".

The seagulls walked around me looking for food, and the waves rolled in.  for at least half an hour I was completely mystified as to how any of this was helping me.

I glanced around and saw that Rob and Isabella were now sitting on the sea wall eating hot chips and drinking milk shakes.  They looked so happy and content.  I smiled it was such a great picture.  Then I looked at the sky and it was so blue and big and majestic.  And then I really saw the Ocean. The beauty and the power of nature right in front of me.  And like a thunder strike I got it. 

If I did not get this job tomorrow, there would still be moments in my life like this.  There would still be Rob and Isabella my dear family who I adore, there would still be the sky and there would still be the Ocean.  I would not die if I did not get the job.  In fact many things would continue to be wonderful. Really wonderful. 

It was such a brilliant and blinding moment of clarity.  In fact a life lesson learned on Palm Beach.
Joyfully I let the job go.  I knew in that instant that if the job were mine I would get it and if not, it was not where I was supposed to be.

In fact when I went to the interview the following day, all the people who liked me on the Board of this company were there.  None of the ones that did not enjoy my work.  And before I left the building I had been offered the position, which I took and loved for the following four and a half years.

 So how does it work for you?  Do you have to let go of something in order for it to come back to you.

Does this come up for you.  I am still learning to let go and let God.  Each time I have a new vision, the same kind of deep attachment occurs until I catch myself out, and remember that by holding it that tightly I will keep it away from me faster than any other method.  And that if I allow the vision or project or ultimate goal to breathe, and hold it lightly, and have faith that if it is mine it will come floating back to me when I least expect it.

Some very exciting things are bubbling away for the Peace Angels at the moment, but I am holding lightly and letting go and letting God.

MORE PIECES TO THE PUZZLE

For nearly a year now, since the Peace Angels performance of Walking Light last September, I have wondered what the next step would be.  Was it another production, a new book, a video clip or a humanitarian project.

And so while many visions and projects for The Peace Angels have come through as the next steps, they have been many and varied. Too many in fact to get a proper hold on any of them.

I have been really juggling in my mind how this would all work. Who and what are we. How do we really help and impact the world, with love and consciousness, as well as with practical and really helpful initiatives.  How do we assist in the anchoring of The Golden Age of Peace, and how do I find the 144millionangelbeings on the Earth.

Well, over the last couple of weeks I have had what Bottom in A Midsummer Nights Dream would call a "rare vision". In fact a number of them.

In the mentoring class that I run on Wednesday mornings, (this class is called the Mother Mary Mentoring Group by the way), I was shown by Mother Mary when we traveled during the meditation to her Ashram, a number of different activities that are done on the Earth in the name of Divine Mother. I was shown teachers, nurses, actors, politicians and sewers as examples of the different ways that the Divine Mother energy works through people in many different and varied occupations.

It was fascinating. I believe that Mother Mary was really showing me the many ways that The Peace Angels could serve in our world. Since then I have been really contemplating how The Peace Angels could possibly do this. I had thought that we were predominantly a performance company with a small humanitarian side.

But I am coming to understand how The Peace Angels will be the umbrella company for a myriad of exciting and innovative new ways to anchor a whole new way of being on the Earth.   These projects will include a young people's program, adult drug and alcohol recovery programs, a hospital visiting initiative and drama workshops and performances for indigenous children and refugees, as well as large scale performance pieces and Angelic light installations in cities to lift consciousness and bring a new vibration to people and places all over the world.

WOW!

I am very happy to announce that this will take a while. No it will not happen tomorrow, but now that we have a road map, it can begin to unfold. The newness for me of allowing the Divine picture to unfold instead of imposing it is delightful. It can be slightly frustrating for others around me, and also for me at times.  You know when you just want it all tied up in a neat bow. Well that's not how the Divine works. The Divine gives you a piece of the puzzle, and then you wait for the next one to arrive.  I feel so happy now that I can see a little more. It has really been worth the wait.

We have offices in Rozelle in Sydney, we have a meditation room, a healing room, and a great rehearsal space in Gladesville. (Of course if you have a building you would like to give us we would be thrilled), if not, someone will sooner or later.  Our company is on the road to incorporation and we have lots and lots of people doing service and helping.

It is thrilling really. I feel so much closer to the 144millionangelbeings.

YOUR THOUGHTS CREATE YOUR LIFE

Hello dear Angel Beings in the making. I missed the blog last week. there was nothing to say and so I decided not to try and fill it with platitudes.

I am noticing more and more at the moment how evident the patterns of thoughts I have, directly affecting my life.  Have you noticed that when you wake up and feel bad, that many things after that seem to run amok, and your day can slide into a complete washing basket of dirty clothes, that is if you do not decide to change the way you are thinking and your attitude really quickly.

Its interesting also who the people around you are that seem to set you off on the wrong or right path for the day. Knowing that nothing is really wrong, however we can choose to have a day run with ease and grace or one that is directly ruined by some one else, (supposedly).

This is the way we have all operated for many centurines.  Finding ways to blame others for what is happening to us, for us, or around us. However truthfully, everything that happens in our lives is directly related to US.

Yes that seems outrageous doesn't it, but it's true.  Many of you may have already understood this ancient wisdom, and many of you may be hearing this for the very first time.

There are of course levels and subtleties involved. But at the root of all things, WE create our reality.
And our thoughts directly correspond to this creation.

And so as I have spoken about before, our vibration, will help to inform how we think and what we attract into our lives.  The grace that we will have in the bank and the karma that plays out around us.

Simply put, its our own responsibility to keep our lives, uplifted and joyful.  We cannot rely on anyone else to do that for us. But don't freak out there are lots of things you can do to change things, and create a life of joy, bliss and inspiration.

Of course many people will lift our vibration just being with them.  Some people have a naturally high vibration that inspires and lifts us. And you know when you are with someone who has a very low vibration (for whatever is going on in their lives at the time), you find yourself blobbing into their energy field and feeling quite down or sad.

So how do you lift. How do you begin the process of noticing your thoughts and doing something about it.  I have been noticing my thoughts for a long time now, and so I am able to catch them often before they can have any affect on my life.  There are times though that this is not the case and then, I watch the creation that occurs that is not ease and grace and that really is a pain in the butt.

Do you know what I mean?  So lets talk about how to do something about this.

How do you keep your vibration high?

Very simply put, eat well, sleep well, keep good company, (really put yourself in situations with joyful and inspired people), walk in nature and then,  give, forgive and serve. As my Guru Shakti Durga would say,  the quickest way to build your grace bank in your life, (so that your karma is good and all that you wish for can come to you) is by giving, forgiving and serving. 

Find a way to give money to those less fortunate than yourself, or to a project that you know will uplift and help humanity in some way. Always what you can afford and that you are happy to give from your heart.

Forgiveness is the next key to uplifting your vibration.  Whilst you hold revenge, resentment,  hatred, blame and shame in your body, its hard for the miracles of life to turn up and transform your life.  Your heart stays closed and so the great big portal of love in your body - your HEART, will be blocked from receiving the love that is your divine right.  So releasing these very unhelpful and negative emotions and thoughts can directly help you to build a bigger and more loving heart and then transform the love in your life in many beautiful and happy ways.

Then find a way to help anyone, who needs help.  This helping (SERVING), has to be done with an open and joyful heart as well, given freely with no expectation of anything in return, and you will find that your life begins to miraculously transform. It truly is miraculous.

This is a practical recipe for beginning the process of lifting your vibration to allow more joyful and inspired and happy experiences to come to you.  You'll find synchronicity and miracles begin to pop up in your life, "out of the blue", as people often say.

I am posting a short guided meditation next week that might also help to further help you to lift your vibration and find great ways to park your brain.  But that's for another blog.

THE ROAD LESS TRAVELLED CAN BE A BIT SCARY SOMETIMES

I have just returned from a big retreat, where I spent the whole week with some very evolved souls of consciousness. It was awesome, scary, and very exhilarating; like meditation on steroids. 

I am now committed to anchoring this work in consciousness into every part of my current life.  How do I get my head around the whole notion of living entirely to serve humanity? Its a big, bold beautiful and awesome idea, and one that I have subscribed to for many years. 

However, I am now at the bit which is the doing and being of that.  Not the talking and discussing of it.  And now its not only when I think of it, but all the time. Yes scary.  Also, their is so much faith required to step out and do this in today's world. The world of the doing and having not the world of the being and listening and yet still being in the world but not of it.  So I am currently transforming from one state of consciousness to the next one.  Sometimes it seems that it would be easier to go back, but truly I know in the pit of my stomach that I cannot go back. We all know that don't we? Going back is just not an option.  Have you ever been in that position where you thought you could go back, so you gave it a try and whammo!, you realized immediately that it was just not going to work.

Yes I have as well. Well with consciousness, once you have passed Go, and I mean well and truly passed Go, the road opens up before you, and there is no turning back. Only forward. Over the boulders and around the curves continually looking to see what stands in your way, what will keep you down and what will downright stop you from advancing, and then courageously searching within to find the answer to a smoother passage forward. Although it can sometimes be quite bumpy, in the end you are allowed to pass. Its a big magnificent adventure. But truly not for the faint-hearted.

Not to mention looking for Angel Beings. This is also a big hairy and audacious vision. 144millionangelbeings  Wow!!! A tad challenging. How do I find you? How do I wake you up and get you going on your divine commission? And how do you start to remember who you are?.

So this week I am grappling with these issues looking within asking for guidance and then contemplating a couple of things.  How do I fully live it.  And where are YOU!!

I would love some help on both counts.  All Angel Beings advice welcome, and all hints on how to live it fully, learning to serve Humanity in all parts of my life, and secondly let me know where you are.

I would love to start to talk with you about a whole range of things.  It really is time to engage at a deeper level and begin the work.  Are you ready?  Do you want to do this? 

I am ready, willing and able to help you to wake up, let's go. . . .

READY STEADY GO!

The whole world is poised in front of their television sets watching the great Olympians, dive, swim, row, run, jump, box and ride, to name just a few of the exceedingly wonderful activities that are being undertaken in London for this 2012 Olympic Games. 

I have to say that I love the community that is created when the world gets together for an Olympic Games. It seems during the Opening Ceremony that we are truly a world where values and virtues are important.  Where together we are working on and facing the big challenges of Mother Earth with gusto, commitment and fortitude. It always gives me such great hope that one day this will be the absolute truth.

But sadly, I'm not sure if the majority of the worlds leaders and population are at all interested in the longevity of this planet or of finding the highest and best solutions as to how to manage our home better for the highest good of all.

I know that there are a few very committed, highly strategic, and wonderfully inspired humans doing their work here on planet Earth. Each of them holding the vision of peace, holding the vision of enough food for all, enough health care for all, clean air, clean water and clean soil for every woman man and child.

How do we make this a reality for many more of us?  How do we understand that the health of the planet as a whole reflects how we feel about ourselves and each other.  As the health of the planet will directly affect us. I know this may sound a little political. And that's not really my bag. But I am interested in knowing how to galvanize the many societies on the Earth to look for better ways to live and grow together here on Earth.

I do know that there are 144millionangelbeings here, ready to be woken up. Ready to be activated. I bet that many of you will know how to do things differently. New ways that will serve us all better.

It's just a matter of finding you, reminding you of your job, whatever that may be, and watching you rejuvenate and re-constitute this planet with your wonderful seeds of love, peace and ingenuity.

Do you know any Angel Beings yourself?  Can you help me to find them?  I believe that the time is now, and we are all ready to begin our work.  And when I say whatever that may be, I mean that. Not every one of us will do big things, in fact a very great Guru Shakti Durga says, "In the great things be humble, and in the small things be great".  Such a wonderful line, isn't it?

Some of us will make beautiful cakes, some will climb mountains, some will change societies, and some will meditate on peace for their whole lives.  Each and every one of us has the capacity to change the world with not what we do.  Not what we have.  But with who we are.  With the vibration that we choose to inhabit. 

That means your resting vibration. Like a radio station, each of us tunes ourselves into a certain vibration.  This vibration depends on what we believe, what we eat, where we hang out, who we hang out with, in fact a whole big bundle of variables. But a really interesting thing to contemplate.

Once you realize that you are an Angel Being, then I can begin to help you to understand about your vibration and how to maintain it.  How to allow it to help lift humanity. In fact how to lift all the people around you just by being with them. 

Sounds neat doesn't it. A kind act lifts your vibration. Giving, forgiving and serving will lift your vibration. Helping others, and also helping and caring for yourself, and knowing that you are capable of giving and receiving infinite love, all of this will change your vibration.  Shiny people, have clear and high vibrations that are really palpable.  You know when you meet someone like that. They are unmistakable.   

If you are an Angel Being, you may wish to contemplate this notion. Its absolutely fascinating. Have a think about your vibration. What lifts it and what plummets it. 

Each one of us can help to lift humanity by simply lifting ourselves. 

Ready, steady, go, all together creating heaven on Earth.

HELP IS AT HAND

Many of us believe in angels and many of us do not.  How do we recognize a message from the Angelic Realm, when we do believe and how do we understand, see and and hear a message from the angels when we don't believe in them.

When my Aunt Marieclaire was alive she would tell me of her experience of the Angelic Realm many years ago.  She had been feeling very anxious after her marriage had broken up, and she was experiencing very severe anxiety attacks.  Particularly when she left work around 5.00pm each day.

On this particular occasion, as she left her place of work and walked outside, she felt that her arm was supported as she walked down the step and onto the footpath.  Her arm continued to be supported all the way up Martin Place, in the city of Sydney until she reached her bus stop and was getting on the bus. Every afternoon for weeks, she was escorted and supported to the bus stop from work by an Angel.  She was so comforted by this presence that she was convinced that the Angels were helping her.  When she felt better, happier and calmer, the presence or Angel as I would say, stopped meeting and assisting her, as she no longer required this very special support.

I remember being in France when I was five months pregnant with my last child, Christian, and after visiting The Louvre, it began to snow. It was quite late in the afternoon, verging on early evening and there was not a person or a car in sight. I was concerned that I had no idea which way to go, or where to get a taxi back to the hotel.  I began to walk down the road, and as I walked I asked the Angels if this was the right way to a taxi. The answer was very loud and it said NO! Turn around and go the other way! I did, and as I reached the corner, a taxi drove slowly up the street, and stopped for me immediately.  I was very relieved and hopped in and thanked my Angelic friends for their wonderful help. Do these kinds of things happen to you?  Do you ask for help?  

Now there is also help available in the physical world as well. 

Of recent times I have become aware that I don't ask for much help for myself in life. I do ask Angels to help but not friends or humans to help me. 

This became particularly noticeable when I was away in Newcastle recently and a friend was upset that I was staying at a Youth Hostel and asked me to move to her home. Another friend immediately asked some people to help us move, carry bags and chattels to the car, which was down lots of stairs and outside on the street. The bags were heavy and it was such a relief to have help.

I realised that I would never have asked for help, I would have done it on my own.  How many of you would have asked for help in doing these tasks.  It's a really interesting habit that I have identified.  I am very happy to help others, and somewhat reticent to ask for help personally. I will happily ask for help with my work, The Peace Angels, but not help for me.

Service is a great way to boost your grace bank and to help your heart to expand and wake up.

Big hearts often do lots in society to help others, however do they ask for help themselves?

I would like you to think about this. Do you believe that you deserve help? Do you ask for help?  Do you help others?

Did you know that service is one of the most valuable and brilliant ways to increase your joy, your income, your happiness, and your grace bank.  You might ask what does that mean, a Grace Bank? It means your grace in this world. Good things happening for you, ease of life I suppose is a good explanation. I remember many years ago a psychic telling my husband that a certain day in July would be his most brilliant and lucky day ever.  That he had grace. He thought immediately that he might win a new job or the lottery. However, when that day actually came, nothing seemed to be very different not to mention brilliant. However during the course of the day it became evident that Christian was very ill, in fact what I thought had been a tummy upset with a headache turned into viral menangitis.  After the very serious events of the day, with a group of very worried doctors  which also included a lumbar puncture and isolation at the Royal North Shore hospital and many opinions and prayers, Christian pulled through this very serious illness and he recovered fully.

A very lucky day, a day of grace.  

Now we don't set out to just fill our grace banks, but hopefully we find great joy in our hearts in helping others, in offering service and being of practical use in the world to others.

One of the important aspects of service is that it must be given generously, without an attachment to the outcome or what you might get out of it. A pure act of service is a gift to humanity.

Angel Beings are often good at this. Some may require a little nudge to remember and wake up, but once one experiences the feeling of joy and happiness that comes from a selfless act of service the lantern is lit. And you are off and running.

I wonder if you could find a way to serve.  Remember it must be done joyfully and without an expectation of any result.  However I am happy to announce that one of the laws of the Universe will help to create those "Lucky Days", you hear people talking about. The Grace Bank account.

And then when you need help yourself, ask, ask the Angels and ask your friends. It's a lovely thing to help a friend. It makes us feel that we are part of your life, that we are special and that we matter.

That I may serve, was my school motto. I understand it much better now than when I was ten years old.

THE MUSIC OF YOUR LIFE

Oh my that could sound very corny. But before you jump to a big judgement, think about the different rhythms and sounds that accompany your life.

I thought today about the fact that our house is now quiet, apart from meowing cats and our dog chasing birds in the garden, not much disturbs the quiet in our home. Yes a teenage son and his mother (me) can become a little heated occasionally but in general its quiet. In fact quite contemplative. I have to admit that I chant and play Indian chants often to clear the house, clean the energy and generally uplift the energy to a higher vibration. And there can be contemporary music or classical music playing, but the ambient sounds of this house are very gentle. Yes the refrigerator beeps, as does the washing machine, and the outside refrigerator, the iron and that together with the cats is the most noise that we encounter. It is a good reminder to me that without electricity it would be dead quiet. Laughter is also an infectious sound that brings the whole house to life in a most conscious and delicious way. Don't you agree?

The quiet creates a space, space to think and allow new ideas and thoughts to occur to us. It allows me to quiet my mind, restore calm, and sink deeper into a more observational state than being fully in everything. It feels good and now I have come to really appreciate this about my life. I hear birds, watch flowers growing, and listen to the sounds of life around me. Like an observer, and yet still living it.

There was a time of course when the music of my life was very different. It was full of dense noise, very dramatic words, dramatic gestures and loud exclamations and pronunciations, coupled with loud rock music, (which was sometimes fun), screaming children, many events and a crowded mind full of many and varied thoughts constantly vying for my attention. Gosh it was full on. I was always tired, always exhausted, I often exclaimed that I could not cope and how would I ever get through it all.  But we do, thank goodness.

I think that small children bring a lot of noise, some of it not to be missed although I watched my daughter suffering last week as both her small children, aged two and a half and four months screamed non stop in her ears for a whole day. Wow, I remember that and I remember how exhausting that was.

How my life has changed. Changing my symphony has taken a lot of attention.  Firstly my thoughts have had a radical clean out, an upgrade and generally a little control now around what I will allow my mind to think about. I am more willing to hold onto peace,  and not allow my mind and my thoughts to run away with me. You know what I mean. Its like picking a scab on your leg. You start with one thought - a little worry, and before you know it the music has become so obsessive and frenetic, like an out of control violin,  that no longer is there any room for a big long lustrous key change, and you end up with a big open wound.

How do you control your mind and create an environment that allows you to breathe. That allows you to take a breath and hear the songs of the Angels. Even with the babies screaming, is there some time and space for the whisperings of your soul. The gentle breeze through the trees and the sound of the wind around the house.

When it was still full on, (my life),  and when I was still in the major part of renovating my symphony, (my mind),  I would, and still do,  chant beautiful sanscrit words that would change the way I was feeling and change the way my body was vibrating. You know that we are made up of compressed energy, and so to use sound to move through this energy creates a different vibration.  I know that it sounds a little strange, but truly these words, the sanscrit ones have been used for thousands of years and have such a deep level of consciousness within them that they help to clean and purify your body, your mind and a whole lot more.

I have to admit that in the beginning I would long for more words, a different verse, something in fact for my mind to relate to, work with I think is what it wanted. However I persisted and what happened to my great surprise was that I began to love the chanting. Fancy that!!  I was shocked and surprised to find that I would feel my heart open, my mind clear and my spirits soar. It takes a little while, say twenty minutes to really feel any effect.

I believe that some people love chanting, right from the beginning,  but I have to admit I really didn't. I just put up with it. Like medicine. But slowly the medicine began to work. Yes, more and more, until now I have to tell you that I crave the medicine and the opportunity to chant.

So I am asking you to find some new ways to create space in your life, in your mind, so that the whisperings of your soul can begin to filter through and that you are able to hear them.

You see my ulterior motive is that I know who you are. And I am hoping that you will begin to hear your soul talking to you, giving you hints, creating great surprises and memories for you to experience that will help you to understand and see who you truly are.

I am asking you to listen to a different tune, and to tune into a different sound.
Hear your life like a symphony,  listen deeply to what is around you, your own voice, the voices of others, the music of your life.

And then how do you sweeten its sound, and how do you make room and space to hear the magic and mystery of the other. Listen Angels . . .

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SOFA

SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE

As I woke this morning the gentle whisperings of the Angels in my ears unmistakably said, "Simplify your life".

As I went to sleep last night I was pondering my life as it is now. Do you ever do that? Reassess how you are going? Look at how things are turning out, or playing out and really look at the patterns, habits and beliefs that you have that have created where you find yourself?  For our family we are at a crossroads at this time. Our life appears to be going in a different direction, the old ways of doing things are not as effective as they have always been, the desire to struggle and just push through seems not be working. At first glance this could be terrifying, however somehow, I still don't quite understand how, I am not terrified but quietly confident that there is a different way now.

And so on waking to hear so clearly and yet so gently, "simplify your life", was a comforting, and reassuring message. If you knew me personally you would know that I have always lived in most beautiful circumstances, with many exquisite and beautiful "things" around me. Lots of "things".

For me creating beauty in my life has always been a priority, a very big priority. And this morning I saw as I woke - when I say that,  I'm not sure that I did really see, but I had the impression of a life that was more concerned with being, of being who I really am, rather than the emphasis being on what I have, or what is around me to give the right impression. And that is what I think "things", do for us, they create the impression of ourselves that we want people to see and recognize immediately. Oh she is that kind of person, or interested in those kinds of things. I am really fascinated that this has come to the surface of my life for me to look at now.  I understand that the journey back to oneself, the true and authentic self, requires an examination of these habits and of our social conditioning, I just didn't know that my many sofas would come into question. (I have many, and I am too embarrassed to tell you how many).

To reveal fully the essential Angel Being within requires that we dig deep. Reveal to ourselves the way that we are living and using our time on the Earth. I have been talking to you about this for weeks.  Well it seems that once again its my turn to really dig, mine and reassess the journey so far and choose how it will continue.

What is important to you, and to me? How do we fill our time? Who do we spend time with? All questions that I am asking myself more and more. I have to say that I am very lucky to have many extraordinary people in my life who are dedicated to living the highest truth and expression of themselves that they can. And I also live my truth.  But today up came the next level of truth for me.

How will I act upon the message that I was given this morning and how will it all work? I will pray and ask for guidance. I will sit quietly and meditate and contemplate what is around me and look at how it serves me or in fact does not serve me. Truthfully I love beauty and I have held very high standards of personal living for many years and so my attachment to this is what is in question.

I dont think that we have to live without beauty, (our own specific brand of it), but that our attachment to having to have it in order to be validated is what is up for a deep questioning for me.

What is it for you.  Can you identify what it is in your life that you are attached to, meaning that you really don't believe that you could live without.

On reflection already I know that I absolutely and categorically cannot live without LOVE. without TRUTH, without PEACE,

but I can live without 11 sofas. (half of them are my mothers, she lives with me), thats my excuse.

What can you live without? which attachment holds you back from realizing more authenticity and more love, more truth and more peace.

The beauty of the Earth is unmistakable, awe inspiring and majestic. We are surrounded by magnificence in every second and nano second of our lives if we can only see it.

Do I need 11 sofas to validate myself?  Perhaps not?

How can you simplify your world to make room for more of yourself?

144 MILLION ANGELS

144 Million Angels

Once again the Angelic Realm sits behind me around me and to the left and right.  They are so excited that again they will speak, and also speak through me. This week there is much to discuss.  Each of you has already understood the notion of the Angel Being on Earth. As such some of you has really fully understood that you do indeed carry this golden strand of DNA that will activate when you begin to do your work. Yes it sounds like science fiction and how could this be true? 

Well for a start you are reading this blog and the coding in the blog will help to wake you up. But this week, we are asking you to begin to truly contemplate the extra strand that you carry within you.

The next step is to begin to recognize this in others and to help them wake up. This maybe a matter of taking them to a meditation, or it may mean that you need to ask them if they believe in Angels and all that hooey, hah!!!

For the intrinsic nature of the Angelic Being is of joy, peace, compassion and mercy, and you will find an instant connection with some Angel Beings, you will not understand for many years why you are friends, or why when you met this person that you felt so comfortable and at ease with them.This is a subliminal connection that has been there for many many life times and incarnations. You are all like seed pods, and the nudging of one against each other will help you to remember who you are.

Although this sounds quite airy fairy it is indeed a very good system that was designed. You each carry coding and when you are with each other, you will find that the coding begins to activate and each of you will feel more alive, more connected, happier and ready to do something.  This may take time, but eventually your recognition of the coding within you will become stronger and  will naturally attract the energy of the other Angel Beings.

The purpose of waking up, is to do your work, and then to wake up others so that they may do their work.  all over the world there are pods of Angels, very large groups of you ready to begin waking and being Angel Beings on the Earth. Allowing the energy of the Angel Being to begin to emanate from within you will help to wake up other Angel Beings.

As we have said this will happen gradually over time and you need not believe that you are charged with the whole operation. There are many on the planet helping to do this. Imagine the Seed Pods, together, but with a sealed and protective coating around each of you. Keeping you safe until the conditions are perfect for you to burst through, to deliver to the earth the essence of the Angelic realm here. Walking and talking like everyone else but with such a purity of spirit, such a depth of compassion and such a heart of love that the Earth will never be the same. And that is exactly the point. The Earth WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN!

There are many great Saints, Gurus and Spiritual Teachers here at this time to help all of you to wake up. To re-awaken within many of you, teachings that you already know, already hold within your bodies. Its like learning to ride the bicycle again. You have never forgotten, its all within you, you need now to re-acquaint yourselves with the ancient wisdom and the essential truths that hold this Universe in place.

We are all part of this wonderful cosmic experiment. Each of us plays a unique part in the bringing the Age of Angels out of the mists of time and into the reality of the now. As we lift together, there will be such joy, such learning and such connection that you will never believe that your heart could be that big. That you could wrap your wings around the Earth and help her to lift into more love, more peace and more joy.

Don’t miss the opportunity by being apathetic. Allow that impulse within you to be activated. Small acts of kindness and love. Small gestures of peace. Meditate, look within, talk to the Guardian Angel that is with you every minute of every day and has been since you arrived here on Earth. Ask for their help in knowing how to activate more and more.

We love each of you deeply, completely and adoringly.  Your service to humanity and to yourselves and your own development is a journey that we admire and support.

Be yourselves, completely and generously. Your truth is the key. Open the door  and have a look within, see the vast wealth of who you are shining back at you. Excavate and find
your jewels. And then . . . . . . . . . See those jewels within every person you meet.

A MESSAGE FOR YOU FROM THE ANGELS


When I sit and write for you each week I feel so connected to the Angelic Realm. I feel that they are looking over my shoulder and urging and listening and wishing that I would get out of the way so that they could speak.  So this week it's their turn.


We come to you at this time to remind you that we love each of you deeply. That each one of you is a member of a magnificent and loving group on earth called Humanity. Humanity has undergone tumultuous changes and shifts for many millennia, but at no other time has the energetic and vibrational shift been so great as it is at this time on your planet.  Be excited that you are part of one of the most momentous and exciting developments to date.


The beautiful Mother Earth, Gaia, Parameshware, is lifting and a more refined version of herself is now being birthed on the planet.  She is us and we are her.  So it stands to reason that we are all lifting with her.


Energy and spirit is coming together to build a new way on the Earth.


You are part of this great uplifting. This great rise in vibration that is now taking place. This is why we are looking to awaken all the Angel Beings on the planet at this time.


Are you one of these Angel Beings? If you are, its time to look for your work, look to talk with us, look to see the different levels of change and see how you may contribute to the changes with your actions and your intentions.


Life is precious. Each of you has chosen to live a life here on Earth, why would you waste this opportunity with complacency and boredom. With hours of nothingness when the whole planet carries such potential for each of you.  


I ask you again to wake up and remember who you are and to live your life from the highest intention, the greatest amount of passion, joy, hilarity, commitment, peace and love. 


Walking through the garden I marvel at the grand design of all that grows,  flowers and bears fruit. It's truly a miraculous thing to see. When we look at each of you it feels and looks the same. You are the garden that we are interested in. The many and varied jewels of heaven, each quite unique, different flavours, colours, shapes and sizes but each a grand design. Each containing the possibility of real  growth and flowering,  each capable of bringing the fruits of the divine here to earth. 


Is it fear of your true magnificence that keeps you quiet, or hidden or wishing to remain out of the light and in the dark?  I wonder if it's the circumstances of your lives that has over the years covered you with a web of old beliefs, habits and fears. So many that now you don't remember who you truly are. You have forgotten that underneath all of that you are an exquisite and unique you.  Shining from the inside, wanting to break through the old layers, to allow the seeds of peace and love to spring into life. 


The Age of Angels is imminent and we will walk with you on the Earth. As you may know we are here already, but our full time on Earth is yet to come. Please help us to be fully here by being your true selves. By living in truth. By being authentic. By doing the work, clearing out the old out of date stuff, meditating, learning more and more about your true nature. In doing this you make space in your being for your vibration to lift,  and so you allow the development  of your soul and your Angelic Beingness to anchor within your being.


Already many of you are awake, some still slumber, but only lightly and a little nudge will have you bursting into flower before you know it; and some are still snoring. Their time will come however to wake from the deep sleep of long ago and to see and feel and hear the call of their souls to the new dawn. The anchoring of the new Golden Age of Peace. There are many ways upon the Earth to begin your journey back to yourselves. Many modalities and types of awakening. Ask your soul to send you the one that best suits you at this time. Ask for help, ask us to help you to find the path back to yourself.  It will be our greatest honour and pleasure. Nothing is more important for your planet at this time. Nothing.


The road less travelled can have a much more beautiful view, more space for contemplation, longer views and visions, with Angels at your side and a big golden star ahead leading the way. And remember, you are never alone. Many unseen beings, Angels and friends walk with you and guide your journey.


Learn Beloveds to open your hearts,  connect to the stars, lift yourself up and bless the Earth below with your grace and your love.  She will thank you for it.
